A Message from the Founder
Kitolity was born from a very simple frustration. Navigating the modern web for basic digital tools has become an exhausting experience. Trying to format a JSON string, compress a document, or translate a file usually means wading through a minefield of intrusive advertisements, hidden paywalls, and questionable data privacy practices.
A utility platform is supposed to offer exactly that: genuine utility and convenience. I built Kitolity to serve as the exact opposite of the current industry standard.
Let us be completely transparent. Every successful platform is eventually designed to generate revenue, and Kitolity will be no exception. However, our foundational mandate is that business goals will never compromise your experience.
Concretely, that means the tools stay free to use. Our revenue comes from optional, clearly-labelled things that never gate the core experience: Kitolity Pro and Pro Max subscriptions for power users (more monthly cloud credits, larger uploads, and no ads), alongside voluntary donations and occasional affiliate links. We will never sell your data or hide essential tools behind a paywall.
The convenience, speed, and security of this workspace will always remain the absolute priority. Kitolity is not just a suite of tools. It is my personal identity as an engineer and a public commitment to doing things the right way.
